Osage County Jail proudly uses CTC or City Tele Coin to provide inmate phone services.
To register for a direct pay account call (318) 746-1114 or visit http://www.citytelecoin.com
After your account has been created you can download the City Tele Coin app from iTunes or Google Play.
To video chat and send emails using the app or the City Tele Coin website, select the facility to set up a remote account for the inmate.
Inmate Commissary & Web Deposits
Osage County Jail proudly uses City Tele Coin to provide inmate commissary and web deposit services.
Web Deposits
Our service offers you a fast and secure way to deposit money into an inmate’s account using a credit or debit card by using the payment portal linked below. In order to deposit money you will need to know the state and facility where the inmate is located and also the inmate’s id or name. Any money deposited will be subject to the normal collections for debts owed by the inmate.

- Choose Oklahoma then Osage County Jail
- Enter the Inmate ID or the Last Name of the Inmate
- Confirm You have the correct person and click next.
- Enter the amount you would like to deposit to the inmate’s account. Minimum is $5 and Maximum is $300
- Verify the amount
- Enter your telephone number to receive a verification code by text message or phone call.
- Enter the verification code that was sent to you or given
- Enter your payment and biiling information to complete the deposit.
City TeleCoin Inmate Deposit Support is available Monday – Friday from 8AM – 4:30PM EST. Support is available via email at Support@commdeposit.com. The email must include the facility name, inmate name, and inmate ID. Requests without these details will not be answered.
In an emergency situation, please call 912-584-6102 to leave a voicemail for the Commissary Deposit department. Your message must include your name, your contact information, the facility name, inmate name, and inmate ID.
Order Commissary
Our inmate commissary service is a fast and secure way for family and friends to place a commissary order for an inmate. To place a commissary order you will need to know the state and facility where the inmate is located, and the inmate’s id or name.

- Choose Oklahoma then Osage County Jail
- Confirm the Delivery Date of the order. Do not place the order if you believe the inmate will be released or transferred before that date. All orders are final and there are no refunds.
- Enter the Inmate ID or the Last Name of the Inmate
- Confirm You have the correct person and click next.
- Select the items you would like to add to their next commissary order. $18 minimum – $200 maximum order total.
- Confirm the item(s) ordered and the total
- Enter your telephone number to receive a verification code by text message or phone call.
- Enter the verification code that was sent to you or given
- Enter your payment and biiling information to complete the order.

Jail Visitation Rules
General Information
- Visitation, at the facility, is between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday – Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
- Visits will be granted based upon time, space and availability.
- One facility visit every 7 days per inmate.
- Visitors must be at least 18 years of age and have State issued photo identification.
- Visitors 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older with a State issued photo identification.
- Visits will be conducted electronically by video conference.
- Length of visit is 25 minutes.
- Visitors may contact the facility for any additional information needed.
- Records and warrant check will be performed on each visitor.
- Visitors may be asked to wait during mealtime or facility lock-down.
- Special visits are permitted with the approval of the Jail Lieutenant or Administrator.
Visitation Rules
- No cell phone or cameras are allowed in the visitation area, violators are subject to arrest.
- Any visitor appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to visit and may be subject to arrest.
- All visitors are subject to searches. Any visitor refusing to submit to a search will not be permitted to visit or remain in the visitation area.
- No personal items may be taken past the lobby area. This includes food/drink items and tobacco products.
- Any visitors found with contraband that is in violation of the law are subject to arrest.
- Visitors must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. Profanity, loud or disrespectful comments, disruptive behavior, threats of any kind, etc will result in termination of the visitation. The Osage County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to terminate a visit at any time.
Visitor’s Standard of Dress
- Visitors are expected to be fully dressed in appropriate conventional clothing that is not unduly provocative, suggestive, or revealing.
- No clothing with gang, obscene, or distracting messages, shapes or designs.
- No camouflage or clothing that resembles security uniforms.
