On 10/15/2021 at approximately 1:48 a.m. Deputies patrolling in the southern portion of Osage County stopped a vehicle with an expired license plate. During the stop it was found the driver had a suspended driver’s license and the vehicle did not have valid insurance. Several items of evidence were located in the vehicle including over 20 grams of suspected black tar heroin, syringes loaded with suspected black tar heroin, digital scales with black tar residue on them and small empty plastic baggies. The driver was placed under arrest and charged with Trafficking in Heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Osage County Jail for booking. This is an arrest not a conviction.
